Besides
maid café that we can see everywhere in Japan, there is also a butler café
named as Swallowtail located in Ikebukuro.
At
the beginning, you will walk down a flight of stairs into the basement where
the café resides. Before enter the café, a main head butler will help you with
your coat and welcome you at the door while introducing another butler as the
main butler to serve you.
The place
is decorated with heavy wooden doors, Victorian styled furniture, lavish
curtains and huge chandeliers (very Victorian styled).
On the
table, there is a small bell where you need to ring the bell to ask butler to assist
you with food, drinks and to the toilet.
Hmm, if I
go to this café, I may feel embarrassing because they serve you like a princess
and even go to the toilet, they will also escort you because this is their
responsibility as a butler (>////<).
